Just wanted to share a heads-up about Helmarr, an upcoming iOS app for managing self-hosted media. The developer has been running a small closed beta on iOS 26, and things are apparently going well enough that they’re opening it up to more testers ahead of a full release.
What is Helmarr?
Helmarr is an iOS app that connects to popular self-hosted media services, giving you a single place to browse, manage, and track your media library. It ties together tools like Sonarr, Radarr, Overseerr/Jellyseerr, and Tautulli into one polished mobile interface.
Notable features include:
Support for Sonarr, Radarr, Overseerr/Jellyseerr, Tautulli, Lidarr, Wizarr, and Unraid; push notifications; widgets; a customizable dashboard; an upcoming releases calendar; download activity and history; direct media management; a release picker; multi-network support; custom headers and self-signed SSL (useful for Cloudflare tunnels); library statistics; flexible sorting and layout options; and the ability to unify or split movie and TV libraries.
It’s still a beta, so there may be occasional issues, but early feedback suggests it’s already in pretty solid shape.

Feedback, bug reports, feature requests, and general impressions are welcome and encouraged while the app is still in beta.
One thing to note: Helmarr currently requires iOS 26 and won’t work on iOS 18, as it makes heavy use of the new glass UI elements. According to the developer, iOS 26.1 resolved many of the early OS issues encountered during development.
There’s also now a Helmarr Discord server for discussion, feedback, and support if you want to follow along more closely.
